I ate the Sacred Mushrooms by Valentina P. Wasson
In June of 1955 R. Gordon Wasson along with his wife Valentina and daughter Masha journeyed to the remote village of Huautla de Jiménez in Oaxaca, Mexico. Below is an article published in This Week magazine by Valentina Wasson describing her and her 18-yer-old daughter Masha's experience of taking the "sacred mushrooms"
